- Check if the person is injured or not. If she isn't, then she is good to go.
- If she's hurt, figure out what the injury is so you may help her and treat it immediately.
- If in case she is bruised, elevate the injured area, then apply ice pack for around 10 minutes.
- She must rest the area.
IF LACERATED
- You must cleanse the wound.
- Next, put antibiotic treatment
- Then bandage the injured area.
IF FRACTURED
- You must immediately call for medical help.
- You shouldn't move the injured person.
- Stop any bleeding and then immobilize the area.
- Apply ice pack on injured area.
- Treat person for shock, and help her stay calm.
